How does it work?

  • Claiming spots

    • Spots can be purchased via the website.

    • PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FULL NAME, EMAIL AND CONTACT NUMBER IN THE PACKAGE AS WELL AS YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
    • Order updates are provided through our facebook group.

  • Submitting Your Cards

    • Once spots are purchased, please send them to the PO Box listed to the left.
    • Please place your cards in a penny sleeve and then a semi rigid top loader (the more flexible variety).
    • Ensure that the cards are packaged in the order you wish them to be graded.
    • Ensure cards are packaged with care, we recommend mailing them in a box with bubble wrap.
    • Provide tracking to us so we can keep an eye on them arriving.
    • We will enter the cards into the grading companies system and package them to be submitted and sent via express/insured shipping.
    • Payment for grading spots will require to be paid prior to cards leaving for the respective grading company.

  • Card Return

    Through the process, regular updates will be provided on what stage they are at. There is also the option of having your grades revealed prior to them being shipped back to us here in Australia.

    Once cards return to us, we will contact you to find out if you would like regular or express shipping and if you would like to take out insurance.*

    This shipping cost will be required to be paid by you.

    *If you chose not to opt for insurance, PGCG will not be held liable for lost/damaged goods.

Important Information

  • If cards are submitted in a tier that, once graded, PSA deem it exceeds the max estimated value, an upcharge will be applied. This MUST be paid in order for the submission to be released back to us. This is required to be paid by the submitter.
  • We have a submission tracker available in the Facebook group, a pre sub and post return reveal video will also be posted.
  • We will also have group chats for each sub via Facebook Messenger, if you wish to be added/not to be added please let us know.
  • If payment for your submission is not received prior to the detailed shipping date of the submission, your cards will be removed from the sub and will be sent in the next sub post payment.
